There is a $25 administrative coordination fee associated with each domestic shipment. The cost for international shipments is $50 each, which includes costs for shipping arrangements and
veterinarian health certificate documentation. Please note that investigator is responsible for any serologic testing, USDA related heath certificate costs, and any other miscellaneous costs
related to the shipment.
Please note that you will need the correct crate information related to the animal shipment before filling out the electronic form.
